Movie recommendations from friends

Because this list is recommended by friends these movies may or may not fit our family's standards. Sometimes we use our Clearplay DVD player to filter out swearing, sexuality, violence, etc. But keep in mind that Clearplay won't edit a dark theme or overall poor movie. My opinion is that if a movie isn't going to inspire and make me a better person in some way, it's not worth my time. Sometimes the most inspiring part of a movie is the family discussion you have afterward, looking for life lessons and principles.
