Saying Thank you...

This morning, I feel the desire to express my gratitude for Mary S. my last sponsor who guided me to a greater structure plan in reporting on my tools of the previous day. I have found her plan to be a guide of peace as I know what I need to do each day to help me stay abstinent from emotional eating.

Thank you Mary.

As of 2 weeks ago, I have released 82 pounds.  The doors of heaven are opening in the most interesting and at times most painful ways and yet each opening brings a blessing and a silver lining if I am looking.  Which thank goodness, I am looking and it is good.
