I have read several of the articles now and if your interested in bringing a greater level of peace into your life and practice then I suggest reading this journal. :)
I am interested in the term Dukkha, which basically means the suffering we put ourselves into with thoughts that aren't correct but we think they are especially if we feel an emotion with the thoughts. Then I heard about the 4 noble truths which this journal also addresses and that was interesting. I love using or trying to use loving kindness meditation and there is a nice article about this too. Plus much more.
